Today I went to the Scottish Highland Games! Well, as Scottish as you can get in Northern California :) We watched a bit of the games, like the caber tossing...

Saw some people in character...

Saw some sheep herding with border collies :)

Some football

Many men in kilts :)

Traditional British cuisine

Beautiful draft horses

Some Irish pride

and cuisine

And, of course, loads and loads of whisky or whiskey from Scotland, England and Ireland

What an awesome day! It got me even more excited to leave. Not to mention I will be spending a few days in Scotland before I start school.
